Mr. Daniels focuses his practice on white collar criminal defense, internal investigations, complex business litigation, and regulatory matters. He has represented companies and individuals in proceedings throughout the country and has participated in a number of successful trials, including a criminal securities fraud case where his client was acquitted and an SEC enforcement action where his client was found not liable.
In August 2009, Mr. Daniels served as co-counsel in a highly publicized intentional homicide trial, obtaining a verdict of not guilty.
Mr. Daniels also has experience representing persons facing potential liability under banking and securities laws.
Prior to joining Molo Lamken, Mr. Daniels was an associate at Dewey & LeBoeuf LLP. Before law school, from 2001 to 2003, Mr. Daniels worked as a police misconduct investigator for a District of Columbia government agency.
