Nicole Coward focuses her practice on civil litigation, including complex commercial litigation, bankruptcy-related proceedings, white collar criminal matters, intellectual property, and media disputes. She has coordinated and supervised all aspects of civil discovery, including complex electronic collections and reviews. She is an experienced remote trial team member. She has advised clients in regulatory and white collar criminal investigations.
Prior to joining MoloLamken LLP, Ms. Coward was an associate with Weil, Gotshal & Manges LLP and Shearman & Sterling LLP. She served as a law clerk to the Honorable Nina Gershon, United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York.
