Thomas Schubert

Thomas Schubert’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation, white collar matters, and appeals. Mr. Schubert has experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants across a variety of subject matters, particularly intellectual property and business disputes.

Before joining MoloLamken, Mr. Schubert served as a law clerk to the Honorable Rebecca R. Pallmeyer, Chief Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Illinois. During law school, he received the Judge Thelton E. Henderson Prize for his work in Stanford’s Environmental Law Clinic. In the clinic, he successfully litigated a variety of administrative law cases both supporting and opposing federal agency actions, including under the Endangered Species Act and the National Environmental Policy Act. Mr. Schubert also served as a Managing Editor of the Stanford Law Review.

Before attending law school, Mr. Schubert worked as a Legal Assistant in the firm’s New York office.
