Lamken argues PCAOB Case - firm's second in Supreme Court this term

On December 7, 2009 Jeffrey Lamken appeared in the Supreme Court of the United States on behalf of the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board ("PCAOB") in a case challenging the constitutionality of the Board's creation as a key piece of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002.
