ML sues Groupon for new Google employees

Molo Lamken filed a counterclaim on behalf of three former Groupon employees being sued by Groupon for going to work for Google. Groupon's suit alleged theft of trade secrets and violations of restrictive covenants. Molo Lamken's counterclaim on behalf of the three former employees alleges tortious interfenerence with contract and prospective economic advantage. The counterclaim seeks compensatory and punitive damages as well as a declaration that Groupon's restrictive covenants are invalid as a matter of law.
