Jennifer I. Moscoso

Jennifer I. Moscoso developed her expertise in e-discovery, information governance, and data protection with a focus on applications in complex litigation and dispute resolution.  She represents clients in government investigations, regulatory enforcement actions, arbitration proceedings, and federal and state court actions.  Ms. Moscoso advises on best practices and collaborates with case teams to deploy strategies that will achieve the client’s desired goals and outcomes.  She excels in leveraging technology to understand data and maximize efficiency in fact gathering and analysis, from initial case assessment to identifying the best evidence for trial.

Prior to joining MoloLamken, Ms. Moscoso practiced in the litigation department at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP.  She also provided pro bono services to families in the community and is a graduate of the Leadership Academy of the State Bar of Georgia.
