Jennifer Moscoso Doran developed her expertise in e-discovery, information governance, and data protection with a focus on applications in complex litigation and dispute resolution. She represents clients in government investigations, regulatory enforcement actions, arbitration proceedings, and federal and state court actions. Ms. Doran advises on best practices and collaborates with case teams to deploy strategies that will achieve the client’s desired goals and outcomes. Prior to joining MoloLamken, Ms. Doran practiced in the litigation department at Katten Muchin Rosenman LLP. She also provided pro bono services to families in the community and is a graduate of the Leadership Academy of the State Bar of Georgia.
