Robert Y. Chen

Bobby Chen litigates both civil and criminal cases at the trial and appellate levels.  He has particular experience with antitrust matters, having represented clients in antitrust litigation, agency investigations, and merger clearance proceedings.

Before joining MoloLamken, Mr. Chen clerked for the Honorable D. Brooks Smith, Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.

Mr. Chen was previously an associate in the antitrust practice of Covington & Burling LLP in Washington, D.C.  Before going to law school, he was an analyst at Bates White Economic Consulting, where he supported testifying economic experts in class and direct action antitrust litigation, insurance coverage disputes relating to products and environmental liabilities, and other complex commercial matters.
