Robert Y. Chen
Bobby Chen litigates both civil and criminal matters at the trial and appellate levels. He has particular experience with antitrust issues, having represented clients in antitrust litigation, agency investigations, and merger clearance proceedings.
Before joining MoloLamken, Mr. Chen clerked for the Honorable D. Brooks Smith, then the Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Third Circuit.
Mr. Chen was previously an associate in the antitrust practice of Covington & Burling LLP in Washington, D.C. Before going to law school, he was an analyst at Bates White Economic Consulting, where he supported testifying economic experts in antitrust litigation, insurance coverage disputes, and other complex commercial matters.
