Diversity & Inclusion

MoloLamken is committed to diversity among our team. We believe that it enriches the personal experience that each of us has in our professional lives and also makes us better at what we do. To succeed as advocates, we must be in tune with the world around us and a diverse workplace promotes an understanding and sensitivity to the multiple viewpoints of that world.

We seek to recruit and strive to retain bright, hardworking individuals committed to working as a team and do not discriminate on the basis of race, religion, color, national origin, ancestry, sex, age, marital status, disability, or sexual orientation.

Beyond our diversity efforts among our own team, we support a number of organizations and initiatives that promote diversity in the legal profession.  Notably, through the ABA's Judicial Intern Opportunity Program, we sponsor a diverse law student judicial intern in each of the cities in which we have offices. We also are an active participant in the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity. And we are a partner with Genesys Works, which provides pathways to success for high school students in underserved communities.
