Michael Pattillo's practice focuses on appellate litigation as well as motions practice and issue analysis at the trial level. He has represented clients in the United States Supreme Court, federal and state courts of appeals, and federal district courts. Mr. Pattillo's practice covers a wide variety of substantive areas, including criminal law, securities fraud, the Foreign Corrupt Practices Act, federal preemption, and state tort law. He also has general civil litigation experience representing both defendants and plaintiffs.
