Supreme Court Upholds PCAOB

In a closely watched 5-4 decision, the Supreme Court of the United States left intact the Sarbanes-Oxley Act and the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board ("PCAOB") created under the Act, while ordering technical changes to the Board. The decision was a win for ML client, the PCAOB, and marks Jeff Lamken's third success in the Supreme Court this term. Read more:
