Eri Akiyama

Eri Akiyama's practice focuses on commercial and corporate dispute resolution.

Ms. Akiyama is an international associate at MoloLamken. She joins the firm from the Tokyo office of Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu. Ms. Akiyama recently completed an externship at the Affirmative Litigation Division of the New York City Law Department.

• A railway company in an administrative case relating to construction of a Superconducting Maglev line between Tokyo and Nagoya
• A leading contractor in three arbitrations regarding an offshore construction project
• Advised Japanese and international clients in connection with Japan Labor Standards Act
• Represented defendants in criminal matters as a court-appointed public defender
