Caroline A. Veniero
Caroline A. Veniero litigates complex disputes at every stage of a case, from filing the complaint to briefing the appeal. She regularly appears before the federal courts of appeals and has also represented clients in arbitration, trial courts, and the U.S. Supreme Court.
Ms. Veniero is a creative litigator and award-winning writer. She draws on her clerkship experiences to craft the most effective written and oral arguments. Ms. Veniero routinely identifies the "smoking gun" case that underpins the team's successful legal theory. She is laser-focused on accomplishing her client’s goals, whether they are to minimize the burden of a third-party subpoena or to prepare for testimony. Ms. Veniero is also an effective oral advocate – she has successfully briefed and argued a motion to quash a client’s deposition.
Before joining MoloLamken, Ms. Veniero served as a law clerk to the Honorable Steven M. Colloton, Chief Judge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eighth Circuit. She also served as a law clerk to the Honorable Fernando Rodriguez, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Southern District of Texas. While clerking, she also taught the Uniform Bar Exam. Before becoming an attorney, Ms. Veniero taught elementary school through Teach for America.
