We represent domestic and international clients in antitrust and competition matters across a broad array of industries.

Our work includes representing plaintiffs and defendants in court, as well as before state and federal regulators. We also provide counseling on merger and compliance issues. And, we handle criminal as well as civil matters.

We have extensive experience in key federal jurisdictions, including trial courts, courts of appeal, and the Supreme Court of the United States. While we handle matters from the filing of a complaint, we are often retained as trial counsel once it becomes clear a pending matter is likely going to trial. As skilled advocates, we translate often complex issues of economics or industry practice into persuasive stories, anchored in the law, that are easily understood by judges and juries.

We have been appointed to the leadership of plaintiff class actions and have worked within large joint defense groups. Our experience on “both sides of the ‘v’” informs our thinking and makes us more effective, whichever side we may be representing in a matter.
