Rockney Taveau
Rockney Taveau's practice concentrates on discovery in litigation and investigations, with a particular focus on all aspects of eDiscovery. He has experience in high-stakes cases, advising clients on all phases of eDiscovery from identification through the production of information. He works closely with both clients and eDiscovery vendors to identify the most logical and efficient discovery approach, utilizing current technologies and practices to tailor the approach to the needs to each case.
Prior to joining MoloLamken, Mr. Taveau spent 20 years representing large multinational corporations and developing his eDiscovery practice at two AmLaw 200 law firms.
Admitted only in Tennessee, Missouri, and Maryland; practice supervised by members of the D.C. bar.

- A pharmaceutical manufacturer in a multi-district litigation product liability matter involving a longstanding over-the-counter drug
- A medical device manufacturer involving a product which was at the time the largest multi-district litigation by case count in history

- A manufacturer in a product liability matter involving a product issued to members of the military
- A packaging corporation in a breach of contract matter
- A pharmaceutical manufacturer in a coordinated state action involving a widely prescribed drug
- A medical device company in a product liability multi-district litigation action related to a product that has been on the market for over 40 years
- A pharmaceutical manufacturer in a multi-district litigation related to side effects of a drug
- A medical device manufacturer in product liability actions related to the alleged side effects of a particular medical treatment
