Favorable ruling in Surrogate's Court for ML client trust beneficiary

The New York County Surrogate's Court granted portions of a motion to compel trustee JPMorgan Chase to comply with discovery demands made by trust beneficiary Dr. Lucy Waletzky. ML represents Dr. Waletzky in pursuing claims over the bank’s self-dealing and mishandling of a trust created in 1943 by her grandfather John D. Rockefeller, Jr. Read the opinion here.
