ML 2017 UK/US Cross-Border Litigation Summit in London
On July 5th the firm hosted a conference on cross-border UK/US litigation at the historic Parliament Chamber in Inner Temple in London. Topics covered included the enforcement of foreign judgments and arbitral awards, discovery in aid of foreign proceedings, extraterritorial jurisdiction over foreign companies and international service of process, collective actions and class actions, recent developments with funders, and specialized commercial courts.
