He will discuss alternative fee arrangements at the Fifth Corporate Counsel Institute, offered by the Corporate Counsel Section on Nov. 22, 2013 in New York.
He will discuss trial evidence for a course on federal civil practice, offered by the Commercial and Federal Litigation Section on Dec. 5, 2013 in New York.
