ML wins in Supreme Court for client Abitron

Handing our client Abitron a victory, the Supreme Court ruled that U.S. trademark law does not regulate the use of U.S. trademarks abroad. In Abitron Austria GmbH v. Hetronic International, Inc., ML represented petitioners Abitron, et al., in successfully challenging a more-than $95 million judgment for trademark infringement.
