The American Lawyer Litigation Daily names ML Litigators of the Week

The American Lawyer Litigation Daily named ML’s Jeffrey Lamken as one of their Litigators of the Week for his Third Circuit victory in the bankruptcy of Johnson & Johnson affiliate LTL Management.  The Court dismissed LTL's bankruptcy case, opening the door for further trial-court litigation against Johnson & Johnson for talc-related claims.
