Andrew Gonzales

Andrew Gonzales is a highly-skilled litigator and adviser who represents plaintiffs and defendants in complex, high-stakes commercial disputes. He has litigated cutting-edge antitrust matters, class actions, and other cases involving artificial intelligence, technology, sports, and a range of other industries.

Mr. Gonzales is a fierce advocate and creative problem-solver who develops practical solutions to difficult legal and challenges. He has extensive experience at every stage of litigation—from developing case strategy and briefing critical motions to managing discovery, preparing witnesses, and positioning cases for trial.

Before joining MoloLamken, Mr. Gonzales was an associate at Covington & Burling LLP. He served as a law clerk to the Honorable Pamela A. Harris of the United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and the Honorable Haywood S. Gilliam, Jr. of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California.

He won the Constance Baker Motley National Mock Trial Competition, served as an editor of the Harvard Journal of Sports and Entertainment Law, and represented tenants facing eviction as a student attorney in the Harvard Legal Aid Bureau.
