Michael Wei

Michael Wei represents individuals and companies in business disputes and other high-stakes civil litigation in state and federal courts.

Before joining MoloLamken, Mr. Wei served as a law clerk to the Honorable Lorna G. Schofield of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York and to the Honorable Milan D. Smith, Jr. of the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. He also worked as an associate at Munger, Tolles & Olson.

Mr. Wei earned his J.D. magna cum laude from Harvard Law School, where he served as an executive editor on the Harvard Business Law Review and as a teaching fellow in the Harvard University Department of Economics. Prior to law school, Mr. Wei was an analyst at Cornerstone Research providing economic and financial analysis in commercial litigation and regulatory matters.
