Neil Davey

Neil Davey represents plaintiffs and defendants at the trial and appellate levels. He has experience in all stages of civil litigation involving complex commercial issues, constitutional questions, and intellectual property disputes. 

Prior to joining MoloLamken, Mr. Davey served as a law clerk to the Honorable Stanley Marcus of the United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit and the Honorable P. Casey Pitts of the United States District Court for the Northern District of California. 

Before attending law school, Mr. Davey worked as an associate at McKinsey & Company, where he advised healthcare clients on various strategic and operational matters. He earned his undergraduate degree in Applied Mathematics & Economics with a secondary field in Global Health & Health Policy. Mr. Davey holds more than 20 granted U.S. patents relating to drug delivery, virtual communication platforms, and robotics.
