Sunnie Ning
Sunnie Ning is a trial and appellate litigator who represents plaintiffs and defendants in high-stakes intellectual property and complex commercial disputes.
At the trial level, Ms. Ning has developed case strategy, drafted pleadings, managed discovery, taken and defended fact and expert depositions, and briefed critical motions, including motions for preliminary injunctions. On appeal, she has served as a key team member on patent appeals before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
Before joining MoloLamken, Ms. Ning was an associate at Latham & Watkins LLP. She served as a law clerk to the Honorable Tiffany P. Cunningham of the United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.
