Second Circuit rules in favor of Sistem Mühendislik

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit ruled for our client Sistem Mühendislik in an investor-state dispute over the expropriation of its hotel by the Kyrgyz Republic.  Read the decision here.
