Caroline Grueskin

Caroline Grueskin represents clients in business litigation, regulatory matters, and white collar criminal matters in both trial and appellate courts. Her practice focuses on litigation and appeals involving constitutional, administrative, and commercial issues. 

Before joining MoloLamken, Ms. Grueskin served as a law clerk to the Honorable Karen Nelson Moore of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and the Honorable John D. Bates of the U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia. She also was an associate at Debevoise & Plimpton, LLP. 

Ms. Grueskin began her career as a journalist covering government and courts for The Advocate in Louisiana and The Bismarck Tribune in North Dakota. That background informs her rigorous and creative approach to fact-finding, advocacy, and problem-solving.
