Jennifer Fischell

Jennifer Fischell’s practice focuses on complex civil litigation and appellate litigation. She has represented clients—including plaintiffs and defendants, executives, boards of directors, and corporate entities—before federal courts at all levels, including the U.S. Supreme Court, as well as in administrative and arbitral proceedings.

Prior to joining MoloLamken, Ms. Fischell clerked for the Honorable Raymond Kethledge of the United States Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit and for the Honorable Ronnie Abrams of the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.  She also worked as a part-time summer law clerk for the Office of the General Counsel at the University of Michigan and as a research assistant for the Law Library and various members of the faculty at Michigan Law School.

Previously, she worked as a summer associate at Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where she worked on litigation, corporate transactions, and pro bono matters.
