The American Lawyer Litigation Daily names ML Litigators of the Week Runners Up 

The American Lawyer Litigation Daily named ML’s Steven Molo, Robert Kry, Sara Margolis, Mark Kelley, and Alex Eynon Litigators of the Week runners up for winning a rare, $40 million verdict in a securities fraud class action after a jury trial in the Southern District of New York. The case involved claims that a co-founder of Dakota Plains Holdings, Inc. fraudulently concealed his ownership stake in the company after loading it with debt to benefit himself and a handful of insiders.
